Although lead times vary from order to order, generally allow 2-3 weeks minimum on all orders Larger or specialized orders may take longer, but we will work with you to the best of our ability to complete your order promptly “Rush” request orders may be subject to a 25% charge

Returns
Notify us within five business days of any recycled glass tile that is defective or harmed in shipping, and we will replace them promptly

We cannot grant returns after five business days
Glass Tiles broken during or after installation may not be returned
